I&#8217;m glad I did \u2013 it was creamy and delicious.<\/p>\n<p>Healeo is a \u201csuperfood nutrition bar\u201d offering supplements, juices, smoothies, teas, espresso, soups, and other food items; the majority are vegetarian and\/or vegan. And the non-dairy milk options (for teas or lattes) include hemp, coconut, and an almond\/cashew blend. Healeo makes some of their own food as well as carrying selections from local providers such as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chacocanyoncafe.com\/\">Chaco Canyon<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>The Boyfriend (TB) and I asked a lot of questions about Healeo&#8217;s products and foods, and the staff were friendly and helpful.<\/p>\n<p>$6, excluding tip, for my ice cream and TB&#8217;s  coconut latte.<\/p>\n<p><em>Healeo, 1520 15th Ave., Capitol Hill (Seattle), 206-453-5066; http:\/\/www.healeo.com\/; opened in May 2009.
