During a recent visit to Jhanjay Vegetarian Thai in Ballard (5313-B Ballard Avenue NW), I had the Jhanjay Noodles — delicious, beautiful food: Wide rice noodles wrap around a filling of corn, peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and tofu. Served with a spicy sweet & sour sauce.
